<p>It means they are not accepting any more applicants for the entry class of 2013. The list you are looking at is from earlier this year after the application deadline for Fall 2013 had past, and has nothing to do with those applying for Fall 2014.</p>

<p>That looks like one of the pages referring to transfers and dual degrees. You cannot transfer into those except as a junior and you cannot seek a degree in one of the colleges while also seeking a degree in another at the university.</p>
