so confused.

Hi college confidential. I just made this account so idk how this all works. so i’m a sophomore in high-school. 3.8 gpa, no APs. I’m registered to take the ACT next month. Is there anything I should know going into the test? Stuff you wish that someone told you?
any help appreciated.

Make sure you do some practice tests before the real test. Ideally, you should spend some time to prepare thoroughly as you should take it as your only attempt. Why are you taking it next month? To check your current standing, just do a full timed practice test.

I think your best bet is to take a few practice tests to see what basic info is tested and to see the format of the test. You should also know that science is mainly a test of your ability to understand graphs and analyzing information, not facts that you’ve learned in classes.
