I’m not a ■■■■■? I have like 800+ posts, all/most of them serious. If I was gonna be stupid and screw around with one of the most helpful forums around, I’d at least make a new account and then be stupid.
We just got report cards today. Though I’m beginning to feel you guys would say I’m stuck up?

You’re not being stuck up, you’re just being stupid. Remember that asian kid that complains about the A- when you’re getting a C? Yeah. That kind of annoying.

Considering some popular chick who doesn’t try just posted her report card online, and that her grades are better than my by like 5 points on average, I suck.

I think it depends on what everyone else at your school is getting. If I were at my local public school, I would expect to have at least a 93 in every class (that’s an A). However, at my current school, you’re absolutely amazing to have an 80+ in every class. (That’s a B-). Almost everyone has a C somewhere. Some have D’s and F’s. (I’d hate to be on that list.)

They’re obviously not bad grades, but they’re not stellar either. It’s hard to judge just based on the numbers since we have no idea what kind of grades the other kids at your school get, but go by your gut feeling. If everyone else in your class is getting consistent 95s or above, then I guess you could say there’s room for improvement.

I don’t think they suck. But they can be somewhat dissapointing, especially if you’re coming from all 96+. So there’s nothing wrong with wanting better grades, just know that you’ll have to do something about it, besides just saying “Oh, my grades suck.” So basically, you’re definitely not stuck up, cause I can see the disappointment that would stem from having those grades.

Thanks guys, I’m already pulling in some good tests in the beginning of the 4th quarter. Hopefully that continues for an overall great marking period and great final exams.

Wow, you should be ashamed of yourself–I know your parents are. I’m not even joking–even my grades are superior, and I’m not even in the top 1% at my school. Again, I’m not ■■■■■■■■–get those grades up otherwise you’ll be a failure–even the lowest of the low will not view you with any respect
