It seems like all the B schools I got accepted to have impossible grading curves which cause people who are already competitive to become backstabbing a$$holes (Berkley, NYU, even USC). So, out of curiosity, is there a B school where everyone just gets along, or does B school in general just create this culture?

YES. The people on these threads are not indicative of the whole student body of respective biz-schools

You definitely shouldn’t let this website dictate your impression of the schools you got into. Visit the campuses, talk to kids who go there, and make your own decisions. People make lifetime connections at these schools. There are plenty of intelligent, fun, and outgoing kids at these schools, but like any top school, you will encounter the occasional ■■■■■■■■■ here and there. Bschool is competitive, thats the nature of the beast–I hope thats something you considered when you were applying to these schools.

Well, I did in the MBA program–though not so much as an undergrad.

Some of my MBA fellow students (from UCLA) ended up:

One became a professor at the UCLA business school after getting his PhD there
One became a product line manager for Nike
One became a hospital administrator of a hospital in Riverside
One went on to work on advanced research for the military at their war college in Rhode Island (he was a PhD candidate at UCLA and he was already a military man when I knew him)
Two went to work for Citibank in Hong Kong
One worked as an architectural engineering manager for Fluor (his undergraduate degree was architecture at Harvard–and he had built his own house from the ground up before he even started at UCLA)
One went to work in Belgium for the World Bank
One ended up as an economic advisor to the largest housing construction firm in Brazil
and most of the rest, I don’t know where they ended up.

I suppose I could find out where most ended up if I attended the school reunions, but I’m not into those things–and my family has kept me pretty busy.
