<p>There are certain coaches who will get them sent to athletic recruits who specifically ask for them. But as a general policy, no, Penn does not send likely letters in the ED round.</p>

<p>I got mine last week, and yes I did ask for it so as to remove any uncertainty</p>
<p>Hmm, probably too late now, I wanted to fence at Penn. Probably should have contacted the coach, huh? Hopefully they got that from my common app essay.</p>
