<p>Assuming you have a Longhorn All Sports Pass, how do you get men’s basketball tickets? How far in advance can you get them? (Do games sell out?)</p>

<p>If you have LASP, you can get guaranteed tickets by buying the stampeed, which is similar to the season passes you can buy for football. If not, you can wait in line before the game for tickets.</p>
<p>You go online to Texasboxoffice.com and print a print-at-home ticket for free (you must have purchased a LASP). This ticket does NOT guarantee admission, however.</p>
<p>You then go stand in the LASP line at gates D and F (I believe). The doors open 60 minutes prior to tipoff, and they will admit students as space permits in the O-Zone (student section) until full. If it’s full, it doesn’t matter if you had a ticket, you don’t get in.</p>
<p>Alternately, you can purchase a ticket at Texas box office. I know general admission mezzanine tickets for the Stetson game were $8. I don’t know if it’s the same price for conference games or games like UCLA, or how long seats will be open.</p>
<p>The other option is the Stampede pass. This is sold for about a week in October until it sells out. There are only 450 passes sold. These passes allow for advance entry into games beginning 90 minutes before tip off, and continuing til the LASP line is let in. This lets Stampede members get the best seats in the O-Zone, often in the first few rows behind both baskets. Some people complain that because of the additional cost, it’s just rich kids who want to get in easily to the best games and ignore most games. However, some of UT’s most dedicated basketball fans are in Stampede. It’s another $75 (and usually goes up every year), but if you actually attend games, it’s well worth the price.</p>
