so...how should i start this financial aid process?

<p>on my common app schools, i mentioned that i wasn’t applying for financial aid. does this mean i don’t have to worry about fill out forms for those particular schools?</p>

<p>then there are public schools like UIUC, georgia tech, penn state, etc that didn’t have financial aid mentioned on their application. how should i start with these? </p>
