<p>I’m seeing lots of people recommend Summer B for an application boost. I would never say that the application boost isn’t a plus, but I’m applying to Summer B because I would want to get my required semester done, and I think it will help me acclimate better to college life. </p>

<p>So, if everyone were to start applying to Summer B, and there were too many, would those people start getting deferred to Fall or something? Or will UF just start rejecting Summer B applicants and continue to defer Fall applicants to Summer, since their application pool this year is an estimated 33,000? Will lots of kids applying for Summer B cancel the app boost?</p>

<p>it doesn’t matter which one you apply for. if you put summer as preference, you might get summer, you might now. people not get deferred from their preferred semester all the time.</p>
