<p>ok. im now very confused. the chicago uncommon blog says the 22nd notification time is cancelled and now its projected as a late march for notification. HOWEVER, are internationals (im an international) who are rejected or waitlisted be getting an e-mail tmw (22nd)? So even if the notification time of 22nd is cancelled due to snow storm, is the e-mail notification still on for internationals???</p>
