<p>if you’re RD, your stat is border line bottom 25%. But maybe your GPA will compensate for your low score. I think you have a shot. I applied EDII, maybe we’ll all get in.</p>

<p>betterday55 I think you misread the numbers. There is no way that is “border line bottom 25%” She actually stands on the top 25%. Remember that there are about 1200 people per year, about 60 of them being scholars and the rest just being the “average” people that score between 1800 and 2100. Although most people I know happen to have scored over 1400 (/1600)</p>

<p>i think you have a shot, 710 math is great and i would hope they will take the 740 writing into condisderation when looking at the 610 verbal.

<p>thanks for the input, when i visited i talked to someone from admissions and she remembered me from my first visit, do you guys really think that 610 will prevent me from being accepted???</p>

<p>I got in with a 610 in verbal for early decision. SATs blow, though I got a 33 reading on the ACTs.</p>

<p>ya…SAT’s are load of crap, i got in ED with a 620 verbal and a 670 math, they only account for so much once you reach a threshold or range</p>
