<p>the only class i ever got B’s in was AP chemistry. I could never figure out why i didnt get higher grades. i am an engineering major and i still dont get it. i got a 5 on the exam tho. doesnt make any sense.</p>
<p>I refuse to turn off the part of my brain that doesn’t believe in “the system” because it is like a lobotomy.
Of course it turns itself off at like midnight, which is when the hedonism and laziness kicks in, then fatigue, then this blind guilt, and then I start my homework at 5 am, go to school, and sleep from 3 pm to 7 am the next day, story of my life :P</p>
<p>I don’t have a 4.0 b/c i take basically all AP classes, work at least 10 hours a week, and do way too many volunteer activities. Basically in my attempt to be well-rounded and by having too many things that i enjoy doing somethings has to slip. And that something has been my gpa so i only have about a 3.7. (this really doesn’t bother me at all) & I guess its somewhat dropping now too as my severe senioritis has set in.</p>
<p>Summer driver’s ed is counted toward GPA at our school: A in the classroom, C+ on the road, B+ in the class. Bad deal. That and an A- in English 9. Oh well, I can leave my transgressions in my first semester of HS… I have ~3.98 UW now.</p>
<p>The worst part is – It’s been over three years since I took driver’s ed, and I’ve never had a ticket or an accident… grr.</p>
<p>lol. I got a 100% on my driving part of the test, but missed 3 outa 30 on the written test…but hey, I still got my license, and I have not gotten a ticket yet! (even though I always speed by 5 mph…)</p>
<p>because i didn’t like science and math enough to kill myself over it and probably because i’m just not smart enough for that:)</p>

<p>Because school isn’t as important to me as other things in life. I’ve never actually been on the high honor roll (all grades average out to above a 90) and I’m going to Davidson. Take that smart kids!!</p>
<p>At my school to get a 4.0 you have to have a 100 average, and you can’t get over 99 on your report card, so all my grades average out to over a 90, but that doesn’t matter because it doesn’t count as a 4.0.</p>
