Go big, or go home

Hmmm, not fitting the narrative being spread by media and populist politicians there…

I have a tee shirt that says “I don’t want to go big, I want to go home.” Got it from a web site for introverts.

If she had just filled her shopping cart and walked out like everyone else then she would be fine.

Not if you do it to the tune of $8 million.

So what do you think her sentence will be? This’ll be interesting.
She had people from across the country which makes it much worse for her–plus selling the goods on Amazon.
The people who stole (for her) across California probably will get a hand slap. Especially if they stayed below 950 bucks (so is that cumulative or per single event?) Over 950 bucks is 3 year sentence max (and probably less with good behavior etc.).
Those in other states–the statutes are all over the place. interesting

Answering my own question–she’d be convicted most likely of conspiracy to commit a crime and with all those individual charges could potentially go away for quite awhile.
