<p>is it only for us people?</p>
<p>I am now in canada, do I need to write down my canadian ss No?</p>

<p>I don't know if the canadien version is different, but I would be prepared to use your SSN in case you need to. (I'd guess you will).
and the test is in a booklet, with the answer sheet as a seperate booklet.</p>
