Solid Social Work Undergrad School

I am looking for a good undergraduate school to social work. I plan to follow that up with graduate school.
I am a white, male, junior currently, the north Texas area.

GPA: 4.1 (as of sophomore year)

EC: Debate and Band, captain of debate and drum captain in band. Had plenty of success in both, but am considering continuing only if it is needed for scholarships.

I am missing AP and SAT/ACT due to my education from outside the US. I am currently a foreign exchange student through Rotary International in Chile, meaning that I missed the opportunity to take these classes/test this year (junior). I however hope that universities will see this as an overall good thing instead of a negative aspect.
Location is not important, I do not mind whether or not I am close to Texas
Thank you in advance. I can clarify anything if need be.

Social work is not a common undergrad for top schools, so I am also open to also considering sociology. I would like to look more into the difference between the two, but I also understand that if I follow through into grad school there might not be a big difference.
