Could I write an essay about how whenever I play solitaire and say there is a five of clubs and I have a four of hearts and a four of diamonds, I will always pick the card from the pile that has the most cards and how it represents my desire for…?

Yes. Just don’t sound disingenuous or narrow-minded.

just out of curiosity, do you think it could convey narrow-mindedness because I always pick the same thing?

You COULD write about anything you want but this introductory analogy seems needlessly complex. Why not try stating: “I prefer…”

…yes? Lol I don’t get all this “can I do this, I’m worried, wow” stuff, you can write about virtually anything that probably isn’t like…porn.

Oh for the record, one of my cousins wrote one on Zelda: Twilight, another on pacman, and one of the seniors at my school who chose Stanford over a couple others wrote about how good looking/handsome he was. And many more…etc. None had any problems.

Less worrying about “is this okay”…just write lol…that’s not even remotely close to a risk anyways.
