Some of these practice tests make me wanna.....

Ok, I have been doing a little studying and taking practice ACT tests, and let me tell you it has been frustrating to say the least. I have only been taking the english and math thus far and it is so frustrating.

In McGraw Hill, I took all 3 of their tests on the computer (I like the comp. a lot more because it is instant scoring but the time factor isn’t as realistic.)
On the English I got a 28, 34, and a 32. On the math I got a 32 (without paper or a calc.), a 34 and a 35.

So I move on to Princeton Review, which is the actual book I am using. I get a 30 on the english and a 33 on the math but they both seemed MUCH harder. The math seemed harder than the actual ACT was the first time i took it, and time actually became a factor.

So, my question is, which is better? I know PR is supposed to be, so does that mean i should disregard MCHs? And how much time should I need for science and reading?

MCH is definitely much easier than the actual ACT. PR does a very good job of emulating the real ACT and you should stick with that. It will be good practice. MCH won’t get you anywhere.

I personally found the math to be extremely easy and nothing compared to the real thing
