<p>Just curious as to the correctness of these tips:</p>

<li>A wrong answer is worth, on average, -12 points</li>
<li><p>A blank is worth, on average, -10 points</p></li>
<li><p>Choices that paragraphrase rather than repeat exactly what is said are more likely to be right.</p></li>
<li><p>Choices that refer to the wrong passage location (e.g. the question refers to line 1-4, but some of the choices refer to line 8-10 or 11-13) </p></li>
<li><p>Choices that are politically incorrect are wrong</p></li>
<li><p>Choices that violate common sense are wrong</p></li>
<li><p>Usually 3 out 18 usage questions on the writing section are No Error.</p></li>
