Hello,

It is almost time to apply to a UC and I’m feeling a little worried about some things.

I am currently working on transfer studies and an AA. My current GPA is 3.18. This next term will be my last one at CC. I will take 5 courses this fall and hopefully raise my GPA above 3.2. After I’m done, I will have 70 transferable units. Is that an okay amount?

I am planning to TAG for UCSD or UCD. I am an economics major so which one would suit my major better? I am also planning to apply to UCB and UCLA. Is there any chance that I would be accepted into either of those?

I was looking at [this site](http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/admissions/transfer/guarantee/index.html). It said that the min GPA for TAG to UCSD is 3.5. Does that mean that I can’t TAG for that school? I haven’t told my counselor about this yet, but a couple of months ago she had told me that I would be able to TAG to UCSD.

Is it worth it to track down my professor in regards to changing my grade? I’ve tried contacting him through email but he has not replied to any of my emails. I believe that he gave me the wrong grade. Before the final, I had a 95% in the class. I confidently took the final and I do not think that it could have caused my overall grade to become a B. How can I contact my professor to at least find out how my grade became a B? If I get an A in that class, I should be able to get above a 3.3 GPA after I’m done with everything.

Okay, that’s all I can think of to ask for now.
