Some quick important questions

hey guys, i’m sorry if i’m lazy but I would really like to know the answers to these ASAP

when stanford says nov. 1 postmarked this means have the application in the mail BY november 1 correct? and not, they should receive it by that date?

if you send in the ACT, do you need to send in any SAT 2’s?

does stanford fall under the 60k-80k financial aid like Harvard/Yale, etc. where if your family income is >60k you get a full ride, if its between 60-80k you get reduced tuition, etc.?

I know that Stanford recalculates their GPA but i’m not sure how. i’ve taken the hardest possible schedule every year, and disregarding freshman year grades since stanford doesn’t take them into account, i’ve gotten 5 B’s, however 4 of them have ALL been in Spanish (grr…) Does spanish count into their recalculated GPA or do they only count english/math/science, etc.?

thanks!

exactly. it has to be SENT by nov 1, not recieved.

um, well, you don’t have to send sat II’s at all. they are recommended and not required for admissions. but they are STRONGLY recommended. anyway, sending in the act is the same as sending in the sat I. it has no affect over whether you should send the sat II’s.
