Somebody please answer this for me.

Is it true that the name of the college you attended might hold you back for the length of time looking for employment after you’re out of college no matter how high you’ve acheived because there are alot of kids who graduated from elite colleges?

It is sort of impossible to answer this one because it completely depends on the context of the individual’s situation. Certainly some schools look better than others for specific fields, but generally, I wouldn’t worry too much about this. You will be hired if you’re the right candidate. Employers hire fresh out of college employees based on potential, which they will gauge based on your interview. There are many excellent students out there who make not so great employees, and vice versa.
