My computer crashed yesterday and I lost all I had saved and though I thought I had replied with the info you requested I don’t remember seeing a response that you got the info.

Please let me know if you got it…I lost your PM as well so I can’t direct this to you any other way…sorry.

I was the one inquiring about Copper Beach. My son currently lives at Pointe West and was also looking at Copper Beach. I spoke with him this week and he said they have decided to stay at Pointe West for the following reasons:
-The rent is cheaper at Pointe West. The rent is currently $430.00 (he is in a 4 bedroom apartment) and that includes everything including electricity, cable, trash, water, etc. At Copper Beach, everything is not included. I have heard it is an average of an extra $50.00 per month. Also, I believe the rent at Pointe West is going down to $424.
-The shuttle leaves from Pointe West twice an hour whereas Copper Beach is only once an hour. He has a car but doesn’t want the hassle of finding a parking space or paying for a parking garage space.

That being said, the big difference between the two complexes is the size. At Pointe West, two people share a bathroom. At Copper Beach, each person has their own bathroom and the apartment is a lot bigger than Pointe West.

Someone else may have more information, but I wanted to give you the reasons my son chose not to move there.

If you have any more questions, please let me know.
