<p>So, the apps ask about the expected degree, and when it will be “conferred”. my school has a weird system and so I get to take courses until August (so technically I am done then), then there is a convocation in October, when I am already in graduate school.</p>
<p>Should the date conferred for the degree be August of 2008, or October? I am slightly worried that if I put down October, somehow I won’t get past the bureaucracy because then technically I would still not have a bachelor’s by the time I enter PhD program.</p>
