<p>My son was accepted to UGA’s Pre Business Program. His interest is the Terry School with a focus on the Music Business Certificate program. He’s an accomplished blues/rock guitarist who has appeared on several CD’s and played with bands that heve opened at major venues for several top groups. We’re from NJ.
We will be coming to Athens in late March to visit the school and see the city. Athens is a draw for him as he understands it has a great music scene and his desire is to continue to play on weekends and perhaps do some studio work. I’ve never been to Athens and would welcome any suggestions current students may have as to what we should see, both at UGA and in Athens. He will be setting up several meetings with Terry representatives and the head of the Music Business program.<br>
