<p>If they floored the pedal off my grass, I’d assume they were feeling no pain and seeing them whack a pole and continue on, I’d be very concerned about what and whom may be hit next. I see no good reason to be close to a vehicle being operated by people who appear intoxicated in early morning hours and many reasons for avoiding such a vehicle, personal safety being primary. </p>
<p>We don’t have any info on the relationship this neighbor had with the kid and family prior to this incident either. For that matter, we have no info as to who catapult called the cops–could have been someone else who just called in the plate after seeing truck hit pole or drive onto grass. </p>
