<p>Do you HAVE to be an NY resident to apply to the Sophie Davis medical program? I don’t necessarily live in NY (i live in the tri-state), but we do have a house that we’re paying taxes for there; not sure if that helps in any way. Is there a way to apply despite not being an NY resident?</p>
