<p>Hi well I attend Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. And I am currently in my 2nd year in this school and I applied for transfer to UCLA for the art major. And I did all the supplementary application and stuff like that and is it possible that they will accept me? Because the whole junior level standing thing just confused me if that means I am automatically not accepted to UCLA to start my 3rd year there.</p>
