I got perfect 4.00UW grades throughout Freshman(1 AP 2 honors) and Junior Year (8APs), but in Sophmore year I took 5 APs(1 honors) and 1st Sem I got 2 A-'s and 2nd Sem I got 2 B+'s and 2 A-'s. I know upward trends are good, but will this dip be fine for T10 Colleges and Ivies? I have a 4.6W GPA overall.
Top 10 universities and Ivy League schools are very hard to predict. Assuming that you apply to a range of schools including safeties that you like and know that you can afford, you should be fine however.
Keep your GPA above a 3.8 to stay in line with the most qualified candidates, but understand there is a lot more to holistic admissions than just GPA.
