<p>yeah i did soph block. the short version is you take 5 honors courses - they’re hard, but you’ll manage and come out better. as for the trip it’s a good trip, but is expensive. all in all, i think i spent just under $3000 for a 10-day trip. Now everything on the trip is real nice - we stayed in 5 and 4 star hotels, and traveled on a really nice Indian carrier Jet Airways. And the trip is still subsidized, so it’s a good deal, but it’s still expensive. </p>
<p>Now probably the best benefit is how close you become with others on the program. Most of your coursework will be done in teams, and you will have one team in which you do absolutely everything with. Most people became pretty good friends with their teammates, and then with the others in the program as well. </p>

<p>disregard what i just said. looks like they reorganized soph block by making the trip optional and in the beginning. i don’t know much more than is on the website, but based on what i see, i no longer recommend the program.</p>
