I’m considering rushing a sorority this fall, but I’m afraid that if I do join Greek life my academics will take a hit. I’m majoring in Integrative Biology and I’m planning to attend medical school eventually. Will I have ample time to study even if I join a sorority?
If you will be a new student, you may want to wait a semester or year, so that you can concentrate on the transition from high school to college academics your first semester and have more time to evaluate the various sororities and the time and other commitments to join.
