always bring a change of shoes. YOU WILL FREEZE/BE IN SO MUCH PAIN if you dont. usually girls just walk around in their uggs and then everyone changes outside right before they are let in.

first day: dark jeans, nice sweater
second day: dark jeans, nice sweater

think a casual dinner with your friends

remember, first day and second day is the same round, where you go and see all of the houses for the first time

third day (house tour): dressy pants, nice sweater, skirt

think dinner with your family in a nice restaurant

fourth day (skit round): definitely a skirt

think family holiday party, religious services, etc.

fifth day (FINAL ROUND): formal dress

think formal dance at school (not prom like though)...cocktail dresses are fine

something else important to note, YOU ARE NOT DRESSING LIKE YOU ARE GOING TO A FRAT PARTY! we are girls, we dont want to see excessive cleavage or butt hanging out. if you have any doubts about your outfit, dont wear it. while you are home, i would pick out your outfits now so you dont spend too much time the night before or morning of a round. i did this when i went back to school before rush started...i took pictures of potential outfits on my phone and asked my mom and other friends for advice. look cute. dont feel the need to wear all the name brands plastered all over your body. and dont dress to be someone you arent. be who you are and that will make you the happiest. putting on a fake facade will land you in a sorority that you will later find was not meant for you. also, dont get stuck on only wanting to be in one house. IF YOU KEEP AN OPEN MIND, YOU WILL ACTUALLY ENJOY THE RUSH PROCESS!
