Sorry another of those guys but.. chance me please?

Hello everyone,
I applied to USC during October and all of my info was in by the end of the month.I’m from Philly. For various different reasons, despite applying to Cornell and Penn, USC is right up there amongst my top choices. A contributing factor to this is the 5 year Bachelors-MBA in Econ. So anyway… into my credentials:
Ranked 25/280
4.0 GPA
SAT: 2070: 650 Reading, 660 Math, 760 Writing
ACT: 28 :frowning: 27 on the english and writing combined
I’m in various EC’s including but not limited to:
Community Service Corps
Mock Trial- co-captain
Roman Reserves (support our troops group)
Rugby
Big Brothers
ASIST (program that visits older alumni)
Ambassadors (represent the school)
School Newspaper- writer

Another question I had involved the aforementioned 5 year econ MBA and ROTC…
I’m applying for Marine Corps Option NROTC and also Army ROTC. Usually, as a midshipman/cadet, you are limited to the 4 years as it is a 4 year scholarship. However, are there any exceptions made for such a program? Also, if I do not go the ROTC route, I am very concerned as to paying tuition… I know USC is need blind, but I come from a middle class family that makes around 90k. I am not naive enough to think anyone can give me an accurate estimate as to how much I would receive, but any information would be appreciated. Key issues for me would include how much of the average financial aid package are loans that must be repaid and how much consists of need-based grants that do not need to be repaid. I am concerned of the tuition topic because regardless of what major I select, one thing I know I want to do is go to law school.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I am not a “chancer,” but I can pass on some financial aid info. Read page one of this thread: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-southern-california/839970-faq-usc-financial-aid.html</a> and use the calculator here [USC Financial Aid - Planning for USC](http://www.usc.edu/admission/fa/applying_receiving/undergraduates2/netpricecalculator.html) to get an idea of the amount of aid you may receive.

Good luck.

If that GPA is unweighted, your very likely going to be admitted. If it’s weighted, then I’ll still call it a match.
