<p>I discovered on finaid.org that South Dakota has cut its out of state tuition for its state schools by 50%!</p>
<p>Because they know that otherwise nobody in their right mind would want to go to a state that outlawed abortion…</p>
<p>The Wisconsin schools outside of Madison did a similar thing but not by 50%. They found they were losing too much OOS $$$.</p>
