<p>I ask so many questions- partly because my own inlaws absolutely still hate me & I think it is because I didn’t realize/care that they had a different culture and I had no idea to fit in ( being more aspergery than I knew)- plus since the culture was really alcoholic/enabling, I didn’t really want to fit in.</p>
<p>Still I might have found a way to make the fewest waves while still hanging on to my integrity- that would maybe have given us a chance to get to know each other while reserving judgement.</p>
<p>I sent D1 a gentle suggestion to be a tad more conservative- she was great about keeping me updated on their flight schedule ( too bad her sis couldn’t do that when she was flying through UAE last year)- she assured me she wasn’t insulted- whew!</p>
<p>Envy her the weather- I don’t know if the sun will come out let alone hit 70deg.</p>
<p>Funny coincidence- last night H and I went to see a local musician- who was not only born in Alabama but her * mom* flew in last night to Seattle from Birmingham to see her- at least D is staying three nights there, that is a long way for one night.</p>
<p>It was fun to talk to her in line in the bathroom- sweet kid.</p>
