Southern Methodist University Early Action / Early Decision for Fall 2023 Admission

I have a student at Auburn-Harbet. I have been extremely pleased with the curriculum. I visited Cox this past weekend and last year. I don’t feel my student at Auburn is at a disadvantage. However, if working in Dallas and smaller classes are very important to you, and money is not an issue, consider enrolling in Cox.

The dorms are literally right on campus if you are referring to Richmond.

The classroom buildings were moved into the old Disney building in the last year or so. It is a 25 minute ride on the tube to the dorms.

oh wow…my son was there Fall 2021, so that must have happened after.

Cox is fabulous with brand new buildings coming this fall. Housing is done after May 1 and is randomly assigned across campus.

Thank you so much for this 2023 post. I would not have known where to find or to look at that portal but when I followed your directions and did so, poof there was. They had an action item in the to do list (no email was received) and had I not read your post, we may have lost out. Thanks so very much!!

Would Anyone have Insight as to How SMU is with processing Aid for admitted students who submitted Fafsa/CSS? What is best/usual case scenario? Thanks to all (in advance) for the insight!
