<p>I am a freshman Bio-Spanish double major. I have to take Spanish 265 next semester for everything to fit into my schedule properly. My registration time is today at 4 and there are only 2 spots left in the course. </p>

<p>My advisor told me to go to the professor on the first day of classes if i don’t get in today. Has anybody done that before? Did it work?</p>

<p>Your advisor is correct. My sons both did this often and always got in the class. The other thing to do is keep checking the schedule to see if it opens up. I remember writing a script to stay logged in so my son could keep checking to see if the class opened. Took about a week of constant checking but he finally got it.</p>
