Spanish 4 AP-Blur?

yeah, um on the Spanish 4 AP test, on the listening part, was the part with the man talking about the book a blur to you? I mean I could have sworn the cd player was like on fast foward, or he was on crack. I mean, the native speakers in my class couldnt even decipher what he was saying. Is it just me or was it all a blur of words?

Oh thank god… lol half the class started laughing… it was so ridiculous…

Hahah, everybody was laughing at that part too. I didn’t understand anything that guy was saying.

I didn’t like the passage with the boat. I couldn’t understand what was going on even after re-reading it like three times :(.

it was like the test was in another language

Hah, corrobater, why was that?

lol…he was on crack…

violenist i spent 20 minutes on the boat passage re reading it over and over, i had no clue what was going on at ALLL, i didn’t even know they were on a boat.

What was that passage again? My mind is blanking…uh oh, I probably didn’t know they were on a boat either…:(

I think the parents bought the kids a boat and were storing it in the garage and the story was that the kids kept trying to get to their “present”

Oh yeah, that. I think they had just moved from the country to the city, but they kids still wanted the boat so they kept it in a tiny garage. Then the kids made up a game with the boat or something? Like they pretended the lights were water?

Where’s a native speaker who can clear this up…?

I was just so confused. I forgot about guessing penalty on listening, so i didnt skip :frowning: thats at least -1 on teh last passage.

Not the answers, but the questions. If a native speaker would like to clarify what the answers WERE, that would be nice, but…no, it’s just the questions.

Did anyone think the speaking was disastrous? I personally was entirely unprepared for the dialog part.
