I’m getting differing opinions on this, but I’m currently enrolled for the Music 15 about the Beatles which sounds really awesome, except now that I found out my parents are letting me go to Spain for Junior fall quarter, I was wondering if I should drop the Music series for Spanish foreign language in order to better prepare myself for Spain.

If anyone could shed some light on Spanish Linguistics (LISP) that would be great. I heard it can be difficult and time-consuming so adding it amongst my major-related and more important 3 other classes seems like a hard hit.

AND if anyone knows anything about the program abroad at Spain maybe from firsthand experience, some information would be awesome.

(Side note: I’m a sophomore at Muir and I need either a Fine Art series or a Foreign Language series to finish my GEs. My major most likely will be in the Sciences. Also, I forgot a lot of Spanish since high school)

Thanks!
