I am looking for a dorm quality speaker / charging dock thing for my kid’s iPhone 5C. I want one that plugs in to the wall rather than requiring batteries. A clock is nice but not necessary. Speakers are more important than charging if you know of a good option for that. I am having trouble finding something that works with the iPhone 5 and is a reasonable price (around $60 or preferable less). Does any one have any good leads?
Tbh, you are probably not going to find anything of good quality for under $60. Some quick research brought me to the The Philips DS1155 speaker dock. Good brand, good reviews. Seems like the speakers are great for the price and it also has a clock and plugs into the wall. This one is $80 on Amazon. You can spend crazy money on docking stations, so this one is on the affordable side.
