please stop arguing kids:)

first off…you started attacking me by answering your own question and telling me to look at the PR book because I didn’t know what you were referring to at the time. I then told you that I do know the ACT like the back of my hand and if your question wasn’t so vague, I would’ve given you the right answer. (which I did do btw after I realized it) AND I NEVER SAID I WAS WISER THAN YOU, YOU’RE PUTTING WORDS IN MY MOUTH. I SAID TO SHOW RESPECT FOR THOSE WHO ARE WISER THAN YOU (EXAMPLE PROFESSORS AND EMPLOYERS)

And I know you didn’t put my university down. I saw your other posts about getting into U of M, and a lot of people think there’s something wrong with someone smart going to MSU. I said don’t even try putting it down, I never said you did put it down. REREAD THAT POST CAREFULLY PLEASE!

And yes you did compare yourself to a professor because you said “even brilliant professors would’ve told you that” (not verbatim but pretty darn close to it). Therefore, you’re comparing yourself to a “brilliant professor”. And you still didn’t read my post about not understanding your question.

And what “university” are you referring to? You still haven’t answered my question.

And yeah it’s a waste of time because I have to keep quoting you and repeating myself because you can’t read my posts. And I hate arguing with ppl who act like they’re better than everyone else and use phrases that they cannot even understand. (Thank you for actually talking in a way that everyone can understand.)

And what work do you do? Please elaborate because this is interesting.

If you’re going to lie about what I said and use mile long words, then please make it something worth believing.

can’t we all just get along?:)

I just don’t like people who are unappreciative of other people’s advice. I misunderstood his vague question, he clarified it by answering his own question and insulted me by telling me to read the PR book (assuming I knew nothing about the ACTs), and then I confirmed his question/answer (because I don’t know which it is now) by providing an example because I know the format.

I also said to show respect for those who are wiser than you and I never said I was wise. I said I was wiser than him/her in the area of ACTs because I took it twice, and blah blah blah (read the post in the other thread…I’m sick of retyping it constantly.) I gave him the answer to his question/answer and I didn’t expect that I would have to keep writing the same things ad nauseum.

It bugs me how people ask questions that they already know the answers to. It wastes time and energy. I don’t see the point.

“First of all, I’m not telling you what to do. I’m merely advising.”—If I want your two cents, I would ask you. As of right now…I don’t want your “advice”. I’m doing better than ever here at MSU and in life. :)

You are a one sensitive cookie. Must be a girl :)

I did not mean to mentally harm you in any sense by telling you to read some PR. What’s wrong with that? There is no implication in that simple statement, whatsoever, about any pejorative hints or elements. If I accidentely offended you, I’m sorry, OK? I sincerely appreciate anyone who tries to help me and I don’t want to offend anyone.

I think you took this too far.

What phrases of mine don’t you understand?

As a matter of fact, I didn’t know the answer to my question before I posted; the posters must have triggered my synapses the right way :)

yeah…I’m a girl.
I’m actually extremely nice to people, but I can be pretty tough when it comes to people insulting me or debating me.

You made me feel like an imbecile when you told me to read PR, since I did everything ACT (I don’t want to repeat it again). I simply did not understand your question due to the vagueness of it. And when I defended myself because I thought you were insulting me…that’s when it went downhill.

I think it went far only because you made your statements due to defending myself and making my statements due to the “insult” due to the vague question. (Confusing I know.)

It’s the way you were phrasing things. You sounded like a college textbook by using huge words (and I have enough college phrases to understand already!).

So is this whole debate over yet? I’m ready to get started studying for Calc.

And btw…which university was it and what intellectual work did you do? (I’m not trying to start anything…I’m turning over a new leaf.)

Thanks for the PM. You’re obviously not an imbecile - that’s plain mean to even think.

By intellectual work, I ment self-studying. I want to know most of college math before I get to college, so I get perfect grades in math and math-related classes, since those, in all probability, are the most challenging.

The university: I took some classes at a local university. Why is it very important?

I was just wondering, there’s no real reason. :)

Thank God that this thing is over…now we both can finally move on.

What did you get on your ACT?

and they lived happily ever after:)

oops…i forgot we argued about the ACT…

I’m obsessed with it now…need to do real good on it.
