My HS sophomore has significant OCD issues, documented and with a 504 plan at his school. The scantron / bubble type tests are a big problem for him. Question - will requesting a special SAT or ACT test accommodation (in his case probably the ability to record his answers in the booklet) be viewed negatively by the colleges in assessing his application? How do they view accommodations?
His initial colleges of interest are large state schools (Michigan, Indiana, Penn State), Notre Dame maybe as the highest reach, if that list helps.
