Special Masters Program?

<p>Are there any special masters programs at ucla where you can apply during your junior/senior year and get admitted early?</p>

<p>There’s an econ departmental scholars program, where you take a bunch of extra math classes in addition to the major, and if you have a high enough GPA you can get admitted. You start taking graduate-level courses in your 4th year and can graduate with your bachelor’s/masters in your 5th year. Here’s the link:</p>

<p>I haven’t heard of anyone actually pursuing this option though, it’s quite tough.</p>

<p>There’s an Exceptional Student Admission Program (ESAP) offered by the HSSEAS which provides early graduate-level admission to the cream-of-the-crop UCLA engineering students. For a senior with a >3.50 overall GPA and a >3.50 engineering upper-division GPA, early admission is automatically granted to the graduate school of the HSSEAS in the same field as the student’s undergraduate major. :rolleyes:</p>
