Special Stanford mail labels?

<p>I realized that Stanford has special mailing labels after my teachers had submitted their recommendations. I’m 99% sure they folded the recommendation into a standard letter envelope, not 9X12 envelope like the website specifies. Additionally, my date of birth was on my recommendation but not my common app ID. The top section was filled out as instructed.</p>

<p>Will they completely disregard my recommendations now?</p>

<p>I think they just ask that you do that to make it easier for them. My recs didn’t have my date of birth or my Common App ID, and I got in.</p>
