<p>I want to take a course i.e. ant 3930 that is a “special topic” course. However, I’ve already taken an ant 3930 course but in a different topic. The description says nothing about taking the course with a different topic but I would like to know if I can repeat a course number but different course content.</p>

<p>I don’t know how it works in the Anthropology Department but I know that if you take a special topics math course (MAT 4930), you are allowed to take up to 16 credits of them. Perhaps, it is similar.</p>
