<p>I have no ECs and our schools offers very few clubs(French Club, Spanish Club, Math Club, Red Cross Club, Key Club). Also, the only volunteer opportunity is at our local hospital. Which clubs should I join to fortify my app or should I just go to as many random activities as possible?</p>
<p>Note: the only thing that kind of make me stand out(?) is I’m taking Spanish 3 and French 4 and is a fluent in Chinese though I’m kind of looking at majoring in Finance or Pharmacy</p>
<p>What do you like to do when you are not in school? Your EC’s don’t always have to be formal things. And volunteer work can be something you come up with on your own.</p>
<p>You can always start up your own club if your interests are not being fulfilled. That is also a pretty strong EC.</p>
<p>Starting my own club sounds like a good idea(Book Club/Food Appreciation)…though membership might end up being on the low side… like I said, our school has a very small amount of club activity and the majority are clumped in Key Club to hoard up on the volunteer hours. </p>
