I’m graduating with my B.A. in Chemistry this summer I applied to several graduate programs and go accepted to many of them. The two primary programs I’m interested in are at the same school University of Illinois at Chicago for Chemical Engineering and Medicinal Chemistry. I’m split for a few reasons.

I did horrible in Calc 1 and Calc 2 having to retake both of them so Engineering sounds a little scary.

However, my research in undergraduate has involved the development of nanoparticles for biological drug delivery system (which they do in the ChemEE program research)

I’m really good at organic chem, nmr spec, ect

If anyone has any information on which of the two will provide better employment, benefits, ect in the end I’d like any information to assist in the decision.
