<p>I’m currently living at Webb Tower, but I’m moving out at the end of this semester and I need someone to take my spot for the Spring 2012 semester. This is a 1 bed/1 bath apartment (along with a separate kitchen and living room) with one other roommate, with plenty of space and an especially spacious bedroom. The apartment is on the 8th floor, so there’s a spectacular view as well. Rent is $4535 for the semester (roughly $900 per month), which will be paid to USC Housing. Rent includes all utilities (water, gas, electricity, cable, and Internet).</p>
<p>Apartment bedroom is already furnished with a bed and a desk. Living room is furnished with two sofas and a coffee table. Kitchen includes refrigerator and electric stove. Apartment has AC units in every room.</p>
<p>Webb Tower is located on campus, making it extremely convenient to get to classes.</p>
