<p>I’m moving out of my place next semester. It is on 30th street, between mcclintock and orchard in a pretty prime location. There are three other guys, all of them sophomores. It has a washer dryer downstairs, a kitchen, two full bathrooms, and you would be sharing a pretty large room with one of the guys for $615/mo + util ~$45/mo. The room has a big window looking down on 30th street which is nice, and the house and my roommates are overall pretty relaxed about stuff. The right person would be okay with drinking, but not to an unusual level. It takes me about 2-3 minutes to skate to campus.</p>
<p>I will try to link to some pictures of the house so you guys can check it out, unfortunately I’m extremely busy with classes right now so that might not happen till the end of the week. I personally thought I was extremely lucky to live in this house for a semester instead of university housing, and it is definitely a nice place to live.
