<p>You can’t buy spraypaint? I never would have been able to build anything when I was a kid if i couldn’t have bought spraypaint. That is the dumbest law I have ever heard of, other than the “recreation license” law they passed here on the Blackfeet Reservation. If anyone, white, black, asian, cherokee, just not enrolled blackfeet, can be ticketed for jogging down a road on the reservation for not having this license.</p>
<p>well in a neighboring county there is a big meth problem so kids cant buy drano and other meth-making materials</p>
