I am graduating early from high school in December 2010 instead of May 2011. I do not want to go anywhere except for Texas A&M. I am not in the top 10% of my class and my SAT scores were low. Does the fact that I am applying for the Spring and not the Fall help my chances of getting in thru Review Admit? My major is in the Liberal Arts College. I have visited campus several times and talked to admissions counselors. My older sister graduated early, like me, and was accepted with around the same scores and a rank not in top 10%. Her rank was much worse than mine. I am very scared because this is the only school I have ever wanted to go to. I do not want to go to the Blinn TEAM program. A&M is the only choice in my mind.

Liberal Arts is probably the easiest or next to easiest college to get into. That’s in your favor.

Ok thank you! Any good/positive news I can get! I’m very worried right now!
My high school is sending my transcript on the 29th. Apply Texas opens on the 1st and then I just have to wait

What are your stats? Can’t really chance you w/o those. You should always have backups schools. Applying for Spring instead of Fall doesn’t really make a difference either.

Blinn team isn’t really that bad… I know a lot of people who got offered it and accepted it and liked it just fine. You still get to do everything but you can get your general classes out of the way.
