I will be a first semester junior for Spring 2012. It will be my last semester at Edison State College, and then I hope to go to University of Florida for the Fall 2012 semester. (I am a dual enrolled student and will be graduating in May with my high school diploma and AA. At UF, I will be considered a freshman for scholarship purposes but, technically speaking, I will be a junior.)

SPN 1120 - Beginning Spanish I
CRW 2001 - Creative Writing I
SYG 1000 - Introduction to Sociology
AML 2020 - Lit of the U.S. II: to Present

CS 276 2D Game Development
CS 207 CS Sophomore Seminar
Math 333 Prob/Stats
Russian 102
CS 332 Intro to Operation Systems
CS 288 “Intensive Programming Practicum”

= 16 credits, and might add a PE class. 2nd-semester sophomore.

19 credits this semester was not ideal for someone like me who likes to relax a bit much ;)

My schedule is:

BIOSC 0160: Biology 2
BIOSC 0060: Bio Lab 2
CHEM 0120: Gen Chem 2
ENGCMP 0205: Seminar in Composition: Film (basically, freshman writing class, movie style)
ANTH 0680: Intro to Physical Anthropology
ANTH 0582: Intro to Archeology

=17 credits

Unfortunately, I could only get my lectures on Tues/ Thursdays, with my labs and recitations on other days, so I might have to drop something if a MWF section doesn’t open up over break.

Intermediate Accounting II - acct 3013
Tax Accounting I - acct 4013
Operations Management - cit 3523
Advanced Oral Communication - span 4203
Special Topics: Contemporary Lat American Literature - span 4503

I don’t think this coming semester will be as hectic for me as the current one. I don’t have 4 classes in one day like I do now, and there are some breaks between classes unlike this term also. Although, the accounting classes will probably be a bit more difficult than what I’m taking now.

ECP3203 Labor Economics 04 M W 3-4
ECO3101 Intermediate Microeconomics 04 M W 9-10
MAC3474 Honors Calculus 3 04 MTW F 7
STA3024 Intro to Statistics 2 03 M W F 8

decided to make a few changes. Not necessarily sure I am Honors material at UF but the average GPA for this class with this professor is pretty high and the professor seems better than the one I was signed up for. I failed the Stat class a while back because i missed the final and even though we don’t have grade forgiveness it could be pretty relevant to my future career and some future Stat classes. Career Management class might have been helpful but reviews were mixed and there’s a chance it could be a boring busywork class and I’d rather take a slightly harder more interesting class.

Chem 1111- gen Chem 1
Bisc 1112- bio 2
Pubh1102- public health history
Psyc 4199- deans scholar (psych and global health)
Psyc 3150- psych of sex differences
Hist 2340w- us diplomatic history

Excited for psyc 4199- because it’s 12 selected dean scholars and at the end of the semester we get to sped 2 weeks in Singapore at nus and in Beijing

I’m a sophomore so here’s my schedule:

-Honors Legal Studies 200 (3 hours)
-Statistics 260 (3)
-German 202 (3)
-Geography 101 (4)
-Honors Arts of Tuscaloosa 210 (3)
-Undergraduate Research (2)

I’m a second semester freshman at Wake Forest. I have got my actual schedule now. It wasn’t what I wanted exactly, but it’ll do if I can’t get it changed. :)

ANT 113 - Introduction to Biological Anthropology (MWF 9-9:50 AM)

MTH 109 - Elementary Probability and Statistics (MTWF 12-12:50PM)

FRH 213 - Encounters: French and Francophone Literature and Culture (MWF 2-2:50 PM)

ENG 165 - Studies in British Literature (TR 2-3:15 PM)

ECN 150 - Introduction to Economics (TR 3:30-4:45 PM)

I’m going to try and get a POI (Permission of Instructor) to get in to BIO 113 or 114 instead of MTH 109. Funsies. This will be 16 credits, even if I do get the change I want.

Well…

As of now it’s…
ENGL 102: RHETORIC & COMPOSITION
TTh 9:30 am - 10:45 am

FREN 307: ADVANCED ORAL PRACTICE
MW 9:05 am - 9:55 am

FREN 310: ADV ORAL COMMUNICATION
MWF 11:15 am - 12:05 pm

FREN 311: FRENCH COMPOSITION
MW 2:30 pm - 3:45 pm

MUSC 124: SYMPHONIC BAND
TTh 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm

STAT 201: ELEMENTARY STATISTICS
MF 9:05 am - 9:55 am
W 8:00 am - 9:55 am

THEA 120: THEATRE PRODUCTION LAB

THEA 280: INTRO THEATRE DESIGN
TTh 11:00 am - 12:15 pm

But I’m very frustrated, because USC decided to move my French 307 class the day AFTER registration closed due to a “scheduling conflict”, and so now it overlaps with my Stat 201 class… and there are no open sections of Stat 201 and there’s only one French 307 class… so I have to drop one. And I’m trying to get in French 501, so if I get into that, then I’m going to have to move my English class…

So who the heck knows what I’m taking next semester. Ugh.

Chemistry 2A: General Chemistry

Math 17B: Calculus for Bio Sci

Anthropology 30: Sexualities

Freshman Seminar: Understanding the Research University

Undergrad. Writing Program 104E (4) - Writing in the Profession: Science
Seminar (1) - Why do People Relinquish their Dogs? (I need it for my Honors Program requirement)

18 units total

 • 10 hours job

I’m considering switching from Elementary Abstract Algebra to Biomolecular Simulations (mixed undergrad/grad class), but really not sure…anyone ever taken either?

@Chandi, is the simulations class a programming course? My dad taught me algebra when I was very young and I thought it was easy. How much time will you have? Programming always takes a lot of time.

-Neural Basis of Behavior
-Spanish Texts and Interpretations
-General Chemistry Lecture
-General Chemistry Lab
-Introduction to Statistical Analysis
-Collapse of Early Complex Society (seminar)

Hoping to switch intro stat for Biostatistics, but I’m number 8 on the list so it’s not looking good…

Second semester Freshman:

-Intro to Computer Science II
-World Civ I
-Military History: Holy War
-History of Mathematics

I’m really hoping I’ll be able to switch from History of Mathematics to Game Theory, something that is actually relevant to my field of study, but I’m afraid my chances are rather slim.

You are majoring in Economics?
